“To start off 2009, Josh Cyrul switched to Power Push batteries for his sub-c cell racing. The first race of the New Year was the Novak Race and
Josh TQ'd and won the WGT class on the way to setting the fast lap and fastest time in every round of qualifying. Chuck Lonergan completed the Power Push domination with a runner up finish. The 3rd leg of
the Northeast Grand Slam tour stopped off in New York at 360 Raceway. Josh Cyrul continued on with the success from the Novak Race by TQ'ing and winning the WGT class followed up by another Power Push
driver, Frank Calandra. Not finished there, Josh also over came a rough start and battled back through the field to take the win in the 1/12 Pro 10.5 class.
How do you top that? With the WorldGT 2009 Roar National Championship Title!

Wynn takes ROAR Region 1 1/12th Scale Stock Title
Hey guys, I just wanted to
let you know that Power Push Batteries is the ROAR Region 1 1/12th
stock Champion!! The batteries that Tony
sent me along with the
ThunderBolt Tuned motor he gave me at the Gate,
powered my CRC Gen X to victory. Everything worked
great, I
was the only 1/12th scale to do sub 9 second laps
during the event. In qualifying, I finished 2 tenths a lap slower than I
started. In an 8 minute road race that is
unbelievable!! There were quite
a few people looking at my car, wondering why it was so fast, and I told
them “It has got to be the cells!!” Thank you Power
Push!!!! |
